Job Description:
Manual Testing of web based applications in .net, Java, PHP, Flash and more.
Taking requirements as well as able to study and understand things on his/her own.
Preparing test cases and their execution within the assigned deadline.
Defect reporting, tracking and verifying fixes. Also, maintaining documents supporting the same.
Delivering the testing and bug reports regularly on daily basis.
Able to handle testing of multiple projects at a time.
Discussion and handling over of bugs to the developer.
Able to reproduce bugs when reported by the client and also retesting the fixes.
Must have experience on various Testing Tools for Performance Testing, Load Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.
Must have experience of reporting bugs in bug tracking applications like Bugzilla/Mantis.

Candidate’s profile:
Should have at least 1-1.5 years of experience in software testing of web applications.
Should be able to understand the requirements quickly and accurately and prepare test cases based on the same.
Proficient in understanding requirements and preparing test cases based on different scenarios.
Should have an eye for details and always be deadline oriented.
Should have basic knowledge about various languages like Java, .Net, PHP, etc.
Have knowledge about basic database concepts and should be able to execute basic SQL commands.
Should be dedicated, flexible and ready to adapt to company processes.
Possess good communication skills both written as well as verbal.
Have good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Good team worker and be responsible for his/her tasks and do regular status reporting to the project manager.
Should be able to suggest improvements and value additions for the project.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Should be proficient in all MS-Office tools.
Must have experience on various Testing Tools for Performance Testing, Load Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.
